As a result of continued COVID-19 restrictions in some states, the AWF has cancelled the AWF National Senior, U23, Junior, Youth and U15 Championships.
You can now manage your WACT membership online.
The AWF has launched iSO LIFT, a Virtual Weightlifting Tournament. iSO LIFT allows athletes of all ages to compete in a national tournament from their home gym. You must be a WACT financial member or other State Association member to participate.
Please note WACT will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 31 May 2020, 3 pm virtually on Zoom. Invites will be sent out to financial members closer to the date and we encourage you to attend.
Piggybacking off the excitement of Nationals, Weightlifting ACT will be holding the 2019 Club Championships on Sat 9 November 2019. Register at eventbrite (registrations close COB Friday 1 Nov 2019) and declare your teams via email (up to 2 women and 2 men per team, 2-4 athletes per team). This event is open to teams, individuals and novices.
